Jaime has over 40 years of construction experience along with over $15 billion of in-place new construction, rehabilitation, deconstruction, and renovation projects in which he’s been an integral part of. He has served as an Owners Representative, Executive, Senior Project Manager, Property Manager, General Superintendent, and a NYC Certified Site Safety Manager during which he has overseen some of the Tri-State’s biggest and most influential projects. Jaime now brings his multiple decade’s worth of NYC construction experience to each and every DWSC project, all of which he is personally involved and he continues to take joy in helping clients meet the challenging demands of each and every market we service.

Jaime holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and has been a professor at Columbia University since 2007 where he teaches  the graduate capstone class in the Construction Administration Masters Program.
